It takes three simple steps:

1. Email us at info@shermanandson.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.
2. We reply with instructions, usually within 24 hours.
3. Send the pair back unworn and in its original box.

Exchange: we ship your new size free of charge as soon as your return is on its way.

Refund: once your return is received and approved, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
